Q: Why did you choose to do a Boudoir Session?

A: I chose to do a Boudoir Session because I was getting married and I wanted to give the album as a wedding gift to my man. We had a very short engagement so I thought it would be a special, fun memory of our wedding that he can look at for years to come.

Q: What were your thoughts before booking the Boudoir by Billie Experience?

A: I actually thought it would be quite awkward, but your images were beautiful and I decided if I was going to do it I was going to pay for a professional!

Q: How did you feel BEFORE your session V.S. how you felt DURING / AFTER the Experience?

A: I was definitely nervous before my session, just because it’s not something I normally would do. But during/after I was so comfortable and I felt amazing!

Q: How did you feel when you saw your photographs for the very first time?

A: I LOVED them!! They were even better than I thought they would be.

Q: What was your favorite part about the whole EXPERIENCE? 

A: My favorite part about the experience was probably seeing my pictures at my preview!

Q: Did a boudoir session with Billie change the way you see yourself?

A: I think in general doing a boudoir session just makes you feel confident and see yourself in a different light!

Q: What do you say to anyone thinking about booking a session?

A: It’s worth the investment!

Oh don’t mind me just lounging in my office chair with tired eyes… This is my typical office & zoom attire. I was just feeling like I needed to drop a real post and some of my thoughts with you all.

I am not always confident, happy or even have my shit together. Some days I’m a mess with 39 Facebook messages, 40 emails and 12 orders to edit. These last few months have been *insanely busy* with my business (and personal life!) with good and really hard things sprinkled throughout.

But no matter what’s going on in my life, no matter my mistakes I’ve made or bad days I’ve had, this community thrives and shows me how many damn amazing women I have to be thankful for. I haven’t had a chance to sit back and think about how *AMAZING* that is in a while. 

Today I’m reflecting and I’m just so honored. We’ve built this from a few hundred people and shoots in my BEDROOM! Now we’re a community of strong ass women supporting one another. And that should be appreciated. 

Adding Haylee and Molly to the team has been a HUGE thing I’m so lucky to be able to do. And I’m so excited to see that bloom for all of us. Maybe there will even be more babes in the future! I’m excited to be able to be 100% in my business where I absolutely should be! And I’m so excited to share new things coming our way. 

Long story short : I appreciate you. Old clients, new clients, spectators from the sidelines! You’re all badass women in my book. Thank you for being such a big part of my journey!

A: I needed something for MYSELF… I had what seemed to be the longest year and when I would look in the mirror I just didn’t see that girl anymore with all that fire in her…

Q: What were your thoughts before booking the Boudoir by Billie Experience?

A: I was nervous. Part of me thought what would people think then another part of me thought I really don’t give a crap… I’ve spent most of my life trying to please everyone else and it was time I did something I wanted to do….

Q: How did you feel BEFORE your session V.S. how you felt DURING / AFTER the Experience?

A: Before my session I felt beautiful but in a different way I didn’t feel desired anymore because of people I choose to have in my life… During my session I felt so alive… it wasn’t about the make up or lingerie or any of that I felt it inside me, like a longing to just let go of what I use to look like, what I thought I needed to look like again to be loved and accept my body for how it is now because I’m still just as beautiful…

Q: How did you feel when you saw your photographs for the very first time?

A: I was so excited! I felt so accepted also and comfortable… they both have such a welcoming presence! Any worry or me being nervous left the minute Billie popped her head out the door and was like “hey girl let’s do this ❤️!” I loved every minute and can’t wait to do it again!

Q: What was your favorite part about the whole EXPERIENCE?

A: My favorite part was being a single mom I spend every minute for my kids and this was something for just me… Initially I scheduled my session as a gift for someone else and when everything fell apart I thought I had no reason to go anymore. The more I thought on it, I needed to go now more then ever and I’m so glad I did!

Q: Did a boudoir session with Billie change the way you see yourself?

A: I felt more empowered to accept things especially about myself and for sure when I saw the photos it was like I remembered my worth all over again.

Q: What do you say to anyone thinking about booking a session?

A: DO IT! Don’t overthink it or think it’s not for you. I truly believe everyone should do one in their life Especially for themselves. It’s not about how others see you or what anyone thinks it’s what you see in yourself ❤️
