Oregon. Still feels like a dream when I close my eyes.
The 2025 Empowerment Retreat was our VERY FIRST! This was a huge accomplishment for me as it's been a goal of mine for years to craft a get together where we travel to a gorgeous destination.
We reset, took a deep inhale of everything we’ve been holding in and a quiet exhale of everything we’re ready to release.
Mist curled around the coast in the mornings, the air smelled like pine and salt, and the kind of silence that makes you notice your own heartbeat settled around us...
Women arrived carrying stories.
Some heavy, some quiet, some they hadn’t even told themselves yet.
And over the course of a few days, something incredible happened.
We laughed until our stomachs hurt, cried until our eyes burned, and had conversations that stretched into the kind of vulnerability you don’t find anywhere else.
Walls fell down. Masks came off. And in that space, we remembered who we were underneath all the expectations and everyday roles.
There’s something about witnessing another woman show up fully that shifts you. Seeing shoulders drop, seeing posture change, hearing laughter come easier, seeing confidence creep back in quietly and then roar all at once.
I watched it happen. I lived it with them. And every photo we captured felt like proof—not of perfection, but of truth. The messy, beautiful, unstoppable truth of showing up for yourself.
